Updating your insurance documents on the portal is easy to do.

If you are unable to upload the document yourself you can send a copy to [email protected] and the Client Success team will look after this for you.
It is important to note that ensuring your insurance policy is up to date and has adequate cover is your responsibility as a self-employed Virtual Assistant.
