What do I need to do if I want to stop working as a Virtalent VA?

If you wish to stop working as a Virtalent VA you will need to let the Client Success team know by sending an email to [email protected]. We would of course be sad to see you leave!

As detailed in your contract, if you intend to leave you must give us 30 DAYS NOTICE in writing.

It's also really important that you DO NOT let your client know that you are intending to leave. The Client Success Team must manage this communication and will notify the client to let them know on your behalf.

You will be expected to continue to support any active clients up until your leaving date.

Before your leaving date you will also be sent an offboarding document for you to review and sign.
