It's important that you both review how the relationship is going from time to time to ensure you are adding even more value to the client's day. When a client is so busy and you also have other clients to attend to, it's easy to let day after day pass by without 'checking in'!
We recommend using a tool such as LastPass or PassPack. Please never send passwords via email!
We will reimburse you up to 60 minutes for any introduction call with a potential client. Simply log it to the portal!
It depends. We are a remote-first service, but if you are both happy, it can be possible to arrange an in-person meeting on occasion.
There's nothing for you to do. The portal will generate your invoice each month, for you!
Remember, clients are billed on a monthly subscription, based on the date they created their account with us.
